Return Policy:
We offer 5 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual Footwear item.
In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
Receiving a damaged/wrong product from our end ( UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED )
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account (Original Payment Mode). PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order

The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.
